Loved this place! We came in 30 minutes before closing (we didn’t know their closing time until I looked it up afterwards) and were not rushed or treated differently. The team was so friendly. It was a warm, family vibe...everyone from the front of house to the back of house was so nice. I’d definitely come back again, just because of how nice everyone was and the customer service. The food was great also.

Great food, fast service and reasonable prices. It’s crowded for a reason. The owners are always on site and they care much more than your typical franchised restaurant. The owners, Ricky and Jimmy are a cross between Gorden Ramsey (for great food) and Mother Teresa (for caring about people). My 91 year old father used to eat here regularly once a week. When he got too old to drive they started bringing him his favorite dish for free to his house. No one asked them to do this, and no one would have ever known about it, had I not written this review. Amazing that people and places like this still exist in 2023.

I purchased a shrimp and trout plate. The seafood was really good. The service was awesome and the atmosphere was lovely. Lastly the food wasn't expensive at all. Priced nicely!!!

Really nice hole in the wall. The interior is a bit dated, but is definitely a cool time capsule. We ended up waiting closer to 30 min to get seated; judging by thr looks - due to limited seating in the building. The food was fantastic. Would recommend the Captains Platter if you can eat (or save half for a second meal). Well worth the 16. The hushpuppies light and not super dense. The breading they use is decent, though lacks a bit of seasoning. That wasn't a huge detractor for how well the food was prepared. The flounder was flaky and not overcooked. The popcorn shrimp was abundant; they don't skimp either - very little was breading and most of it was actual shrimp. The chicken tender was a tad dry, probably from sitting under a heat lamp for a while since we got there at the end of service. Although they said the pulled pork BBQ is vinegar-based, it wasn't as heavy on thr vinegar as I expected; which is exactly how I like it. Their vinegar based BBQ sauce is definitely full of vinegar though for those interested! Overall, great meal and service! Will be back again!

This place was amazing. The staff was very friendly and the food was great. I had the shrimp, clams, and BBQ. It was great. My wife ordered the tilapia, and it came out hot and fresh. She really enjoyed it. We will be going back here soon.

Peaden's is a must stop when visiting the Fayetteville area! Food is always great....and the hushpuppies, love them!
